[100:1] By the runners who breathe heavily,-

[100:2] -then blaze a trail of fire,-

[100:3] -then invade by the morning,-

[100:4] -then raise a cloud of dust,-

[100:5] -then penetrate the midst altogether.

[100:6] Surely the human being is unappreciative of his Lord.

[100:7] And indeed He bears witness to this fact.

[100:8] And indeed he loves good things excessively.

[100:9] Does he not know that what is in the graves will be resurrected,-

[100:10] -and all the secrets will be exposed?

[100:11] Indeed, their Lord is All Cognizant of them on that day.
