بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
In the name of God, The All Gracious, The All Merciful

أَلْهَىٰكُمُ ٱلتَّكَاثُرُ ١
[102:1] You keep on hoarding-

حَتَّىٰ زُرْتُمُ ٱلْمَقَابِرَ ٢
[102:2] -until you are put in the graves.

كَلَّا سَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ ٣
[102:3] Absolutely, you will soon find out.

ثُمَّ كَلَّا سَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ ٤
[102:4] Then again, you will soon find out.

كَلَّا لَوْ تَعْلَمُونَ عِلْمَ ٱلْيَقِينِ ٥
[102:5] Absolutely, if you only knew with a knowledge of certainty.

لَتَرَوُنَّ ٱلْجَحِيمَ ٦
[102:6] You will surely see the Inferno.

ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّهَا عَيْنَ ٱلْيَقِينِ ٧
[102:7] You will then see it with an eye of certainty.

ثُمَّ لَتُسْـَٔلُنَّ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ ٨
[102:8] You will then on that day be questioned about the blessings you had.
