بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
In the name of God, The All Gracious, The All Merciful

ذِكْرُ رَحْمَتِ رَبِّكَ عَبْدَهُۥ زَكَرِيَّآ ٢
[19:2] A reminder regarding the mercy of your Lord upon His servant Zechariah-

إِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُۥ نِدَآءً خَفِيًّا ٣
[19:3] -as he called upon his Lord, a secret calling.

قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّى وَهَنَ ٱلْعَظْمُ مِنِّى وَٱشْتَعَلَ ٱلرَّأْسُ شَيْبًا وَلَمْ أَكُنۢ بِدُعَآئِكَ رَبِّ شَقِيًّا ٤
[19:4] He said, Lord, indeed my bones have become brittle and my hair has turned gray, and I have never been disappointed from calling upon You.

وَإِنِّى خِفْتُ ٱلْمَوَٰلِىَ مِن وَرَآءِى وَكَانَتِ ٱمْرَأَتِى عَاقِرًا فَهَبْ لِى مِن لَّدُنكَ وَلِيًّا ٥
[19:5] And indeed I fear for my family after me, and my wife is sterile, therefore grant me from your special place an heir.

يَرِثُنِى وَيَرِثُ مِنْ ءَالِ يَعْقُوبَ وَٱجْعَلْهُ رَبِّ رَضِيًّا ٦
[19:6] Let him be my inheritor and an inheritor from Jacob's clan and Lord make him pleasing.

يَـٰزَكَرِيَّآ إِنَّا نُبَشِّرُكَ بِغُلَـٰمٍ ٱسْمُهُۥ يَحْيَىٰ لَمْ نَجْعَل لَّهُۥ مِن قَبْلُ سَمِيًّا ٧
[19:7] O Zechariah, We indeed give you the good news of a son whose name shall be John, We never called anyone by that name before.

قَالَ رَبِّ أَنَّىٰ يَكُونُ لِى غُلَـٰمٌ وَكَانَتِ ٱمْرَأَتِى عَاقِرًا وَقَدْ بَلَغْتُ مِنَ ٱلْكِبَرِ عِتِيًّا ٨
[19:8] He said, Lord, how can I have a son when my wife is sterile and I have attained old age?

قَالَ كَذَٰلِكَ قَالَ رَبُّكَ هُوَ عَلَىَّ هَيِّنٌ وَقَدْ خَلَقْتُكَ مِن قَبْلُ وَلَمْ تَكُ شَيْـًٔا ٩
[19:9] He said, thus says your Lord, it is easy for Me, just as I created you and you were nothing.

قَالَ رَبِّ ٱجْعَل لِّىٓ ءَايَةً قَالَ ءَايَتُكَ أَلَّا تُكَلِّمَ ٱلنَّاسَ ثَلَـٰثَ لَيَالٍ سَوِيًّا ١٠
[19:10] He said, Lord give me a sign. He said your sign is to be that you would not speak to people for three consecutive nights.

فَخَرَجَ عَلَىٰ قَوْمِهِۦ مِنَ ٱلْمِحْرَابِ فَأَوْحَىٰٓ إِلَيْهِمْ أَن سَبِّحُوا۟ بُكْرَةً وَعَشِيًّا ١١
[19:11] He then came out of the sanctuary to his people and he signaled them to glorify day and night.

يَـٰيَحْيَىٰ خُذِ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ بِقُوَّةٍ وَءَاتَيْنَـٰهُ ٱلْحُكْمَ صَبِيًّا ١٢
[19:12] O John, uphold the scripture strongly. And We gave him wisdom even as a young boy.

وَحَنَانًا مِّن لَّدُنَّا وَزَكَوٰةً وَكَانَ تَقِيًّا ١٣
[19:13] We granted him kindness and purity from Our special place and he was god-fearing.

وَبَرًّۢا بِوَٰلِدَيْهِ وَلَمْ يَكُن جَبَّارًا عَصِيًّا ١٤
[19:14] And he was kind to his parents and he was never a tyrant, rebellious.

وَسَلَـٰمٌ عَلَيْهِ يَوْمَ وُلِدَ وَيَوْمَ يَمُوتُ وَيَوْمَ يُبْعَثُ حَيًّا ١٥
[19:15] And peace upon him the day he was born, the day he dies and the day he will be resurrected alive.

وَٱذْكُرْ فِى ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ مَرْيَمَ إِذِ ٱنتَبَذَتْ مِنْ أَهْلِهَا مَكَانًا شَرْقِيًّا ١٦
[19:16] And mention in the scripture Mary, when she isolated herself from her family to an eastern chamber.

فَٱتَّخَذَتْ مِن دُونِهِمْ حِجَابًا فَأَرْسَلْنَآ إِلَيْهَا رُوحَنَا فَتَمَثَّلَ لَهَا بَشَرًا سَوِيًّا ١٧
[19:17] She then separated herself from them behind a barrier and We sent to her Our Spirit and he appeared to her as a perfect man.

قَالَتْ إِنِّىٓ أَعُوذُ بِٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ مِنكَ إِن كُنتَ تَقِيًّا ١٨
[19:18] She said, I indeed seek refuge in The All Gracious from you and hope that you are god-fearing.

قَالَ إِنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ رَسُولُ رَبِّكِ لِأَهَبَ لَكِ غُلَـٰمًا زَكِيًّا ١٩
[19:19] He said; I am indeed only a messenger of your Lord to grant you a pure son.

قَالَتْ أَنَّىٰ يَكُونُ لِى غُلَـٰمٌ وَلَمْ يَمْسَسْنِى بَشَرٌ وَلَمْ أَكُ بَغِيًّا ٢٠
[19:20] She said; how can I indeed have a son when no man has ever touched me and I have never been unchaste.

قَالَ كَذَٰلِكِ قَالَ رَبُّكِ هُوَ عَلَىَّ هَيِّنٌ وَلِنَجْعَلَهُۥٓ ءَايَةً لِّلنَّاسِ وَرَحْمَةً مِّنَّا وَكَانَ أَمْرًا مَّقْضِيًّا ٢١
[19:21] He said; thus says your Lord, it is easy for Me and We will make him a sign for the people and a mercy from Us. And this matter is preordained.

فَحَمَلَتْهُ فَٱنتَبَذَتْ بِهِۦ مَكَانًا قَصِيًّا ٢٢
[19:22] She thus became pregnant with him and isolated herself to a faraway place.

فَأَجَآءَهَا ٱلْمَخَاضُ إِلَىٰ جِذْعِ ٱلنَّخْلَةِ قَالَتْ يَـٰلَيْتَنِى مِتُّ قَبْلَ هَـٰذَا وَكُنتُ نَسْيًا مَّنسِيًّا ٢٣
[19:23] Then when she went into labor by the palm tree, she said, O I wish I was dead before this and completely forgotten.

فَنَادَىٰهَا مِن تَحْتِهَآ أَلَّا تَحْزَنِى قَدْ جَعَلَ رَبُّكِ تَحْتَكِ سَرِيًّا ٢٤
[19:24] He then called on her from beneath her; do not be sad for your Lord has made a stream beneath you.

وَهُزِّىٓ إِلَيْكِ بِجِذْعِ ٱلنَّخْلَةِ تُسَـٰقِطْ عَلَيْكِ رُطَبًا جَنِيًّا ٢٥
[19:25] And shake the trunk of the palm tree; fresh ripe dates will fall for you.

فَكُلِى وَٱشْرَبِى وَقَرِّى عَيْنًا فَإِمَّا تَرَيِنَّ مِنَ ٱلْبَشَرِ أَحَدًا فَقُولِىٓ إِنِّى نَذَرْتُ لِلرَّحْمَـٰنِ صَوْمًا فَلَنْ أُكَلِّمَ ٱلْيَوْمَ إِنسِيًّا ٢٦
[19:26] Then eat and drink and brighten your eyes, afterwards when you see any person, say, I have indeed promised the All Gracious a vow of silence, and therefore, I will not speak to any one today.

فَأَتَتْ بِهِۦ قَوْمَهَا تَحْمِلُهُۥ قَالُوا۟ يَـٰمَرْيَمُ لَقَدْ جِئْتِ شَيْـًٔا فَرِيًّا ٢٧
[19:27] Later on she came to her people carrying him. They said, O Mary you have indeed brought a strange thing!

يَـٰٓأُخْتَ هَـٰرُونَ مَا كَانَ أَبُوكِ ٱمْرَأَ سَوْءٍ وَمَا كَانَتْ أُمُّكِ بَغِيًّا ٢٨
[19:28] O sister of Aaron, your father was not a bad man, nor was your mother ever unchaste.

فَأَشَارَتْ إِلَيْهِ قَالُوا۟ كَيْفَ نُكَلِّمُ مَن كَانَ فِى ٱلْمَهْدِ صَبِيًّا ٢٩
[19:29] She then pointed to him. They said; how could a baby boy in the crib speak?

قَالَ إِنِّى عَبْدُ ٱللَّهِ160015376969 ءَاتَىٰنِىَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ وَجَعَلَنِى نَبِيًّا ٣٠
[19:30] He said; indeed I am a servant of God160015376969, He has given me the scripture and has appointed me a prophet.

وَجَعَلَنِى مُبَارَكًا أَيْنَ مَا كُنتُ وَأَوْصَـٰنِى بِٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَٱلزَّكَوٰةِ مَا دُمْتُ حَيًّا ٣١
[19:31] And He has blessed me wherever I may be and has enjoined me regarding the contact prayer and the cleansing charity as long as I live.

وَبَرًّۢا بِوَٰلِدَتِى وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْنِى جَبَّارًا شَقِيًّا ٣٢
[19:32] And to be kind to my mother and He has not made me a tyrant, unblessed.

وَٱلسَّلَـٰمُ عَلَىَّ يَوْمَ وُلِدتُّ وَيَوْمَ أَمُوتُ وَيَوْمَ أُبْعَثُ حَيًّا ٣٣
[19:33] And peace upon me the day I was born, the day I die and the day I will be resurrected alive.

ذَٰلِكَ عِيسَى ٱبْنُ مَرْيَمَ قَوْلَ ٱلْحَقِّ ٱلَّذِى فِيهِ يَمْتَرُونَ ٣٤
[19:34] Thus was Jesus, son of Mary, a truthful narration about which they are doubtful.

مَا كَانَ لِلَّهِ160115477070 أَن يَتَّخِذَ مِن وَلَدٍ سُبْحَـٰنَهُۥٓ إِذَا قَضَىٰٓ أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ ٣٥
[19:35] It is not befitting for God160115477070 to beget a son, be He glorified. Once He decrees a matter, He says to it: "Be" and it then becomes.

وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ160215577171 رَبِّى وَرَبُّكُمْ فَٱعْبُدُوهُ هَـٰذَا صِرَٰطٌ مُّسْتَقِيمٌ ٣٦
[19:36] And God160215577171 is my Lord and your Lord; therefore, you shall worship Him. This is the right path.

فَٱخْتَلَفَ ٱلْأَحْزَابُ مِنۢ بَيْنِهِمْ فَوَيْلٌ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ مِن مَّشْهَدِ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ ٣٧
[19:37] Afterwards, various groups disputed amongst themselves, then woe to the unfaithful when they witness the Great Day.

أَسْمِعْ بِهِمْ وَأَبْصِرْ يَوْمَ يَأْتُونَنَا لَـٰكِنِ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ ٱلْيَوْمَ فِى ضَلَـٰلٍ مُّبِينٍ ٣٨
[19:38] Let them hear and let them look as they come to face Us, however, those who committed injustice will be totally lost on that day.

وَأَنذِرْهُمْ يَوْمَ ٱلْحَسْرَةِ إِذْ قُضِىَ ٱلْأَمْرُ وَهُمْ فِى غَفْلَةٍ وَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ٣٩
[19:39] And warn them of the day of remorse when the matter is over and they still remain unaware and they still have no faith.

إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَرِثُ ٱلْأَرْضَ وَمَنْ عَلَيْهَا وَإِلَيْنَا يُرْجَعُونَ ٤٠
[19:40] Indeed We inherit the land and everyone on it and to Us is their final destiny.

وَٱذْكُرْ فِى ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ صِدِّيقًا نَّبِيًّا ٤١
[19:41] And mention in the scripture Abraham. He was indeed a truthful prophet.

إِذْ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ يَـٰٓأَبَتِ لِمَ تَعْبُدُ مَا لَا يَسْمَعُ وَلَا يُبْصِرُ وَلَا يُغْنِى عَنكَ شَيْـًٔا ٤٢
[19:42] When he told his father, O my father why do you worship something that neither can hear nor can see and does not benefit you in the least?

يَـٰٓأَبَتِ إِنِّى قَدْ جَآءَنِى مِنَ ٱلْعِلْمِ مَا لَمْ يَأْتِكَ فَٱتَّبِعْنِىٓ أَهْدِكَ صِرَٰطًا سَوِيًّا ٤٣
[19:43] O my father, indeed I have received knowledge which you do not have, therefore, you should follow me and I will guide you to the even path.

يَـٰٓأَبَتِ لَا تَعْبُدِ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنَ إِنَّ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنَ كَانَ لِلرَّحْمَـٰنِ عَصِيًّا ٤٤
[19:44] O my father, do not worship Satan, indeed Satan has rebelled against The All Gracious.

يَـٰٓأَبَتِ إِنِّىٓ أَخَافُ أَن يَمَسَّكَ عَذَابٌ مِّنَ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ فَتَكُونَ لِلشَّيْطَـٰنِ وَلِيًّا ٤٥
[19:45] O my father, indeed I fear that a punishment from The All Gracious may afflict you if you continue to take Satan as your ally.

قَالَ أَرَاغِبٌ أَنتَ عَنْ ءَالِهَتِى يَـٰٓإِبْرَٰهِيمُ لَئِن لَّمْ تَنتَهِ لَأَرْجُمَنَّكَ وَٱهْجُرْنِى مَلِيًّا ٤٦
[19:46] He said, why do you hate my gods O Abraham? If you do not refrain, I will stone you so leave me alone.

قَالَ سَلَـٰمٌ عَلَيْكَ سَأَسْتَغْفِرُ لَكَ رَبِّىٓ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ بِى حَفِيًّا ٤٧
[19:47] He said; peace be upon you. I will ask forgiveness from my Lord on your behalf. Indeed He is most kind towards me.

وَأَعْتَزِلُكُمْ وَمَا تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ160315677272 وَأَدْعُوا۟ رَبِّى عَسَىٰٓ أَلَّآ أَكُونَ بِدُعَآءِ رَبِّى شَقِيًّا ٤٨
[19:48] I will abandon all of you and what you call upon besides God160315677272, and I call upon my Lord, and I never despair from calling upon my Lord.

فَلَمَّا ٱعْتَزَلَهُمْ وَمَا يَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ160415777373 وَهَبْنَا لَهُۥٓ إِسْحَـٰقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ وَكُلًّا جَعَلْنَا نَبِيًّا ٤٩
[19:49] Then once he abandoned them and what they worshiped besides God160415777373, We granted him Isaac and Jacob, and We appointed both prophets.

وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُم مِّن رَّحْمَتِنَا وَجَعَلْنَا لَهُمْ لِسَانَ صِدْقٍ عَلِيًّا ٥٠
[19:50] And We granted them from Our mercy and made their words truthful and exalted.

وَٱذْكُرْ فِى ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ مُوسَىٰٓ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ مُخْلَصًا وَكَانَ رَسُولًا نَّبِيًّا ٥١
[19:51] And mention in the scripture Moses, he was indeed devoted and a messenger, a prophet.

وَنَـٰدَيْنَـٰهُ مِن جَانِبِ ٱلطُّورِ ٱلْأَيْمَنِ وَقَرَّبْنَـٰهُ نَجِيًّا ٥٢
[19:52] And We called him by the blessed mountain and brought him close in order to converse with him.

وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُۥ مِن رَّحْمَتِنَآ أَخَاهُ هَـٰرُونَ نَبِيًّا ٥٣
[19:53] And We granted him from Our mercy his brother Aaron as a prophet.

وَٱذْكُرْ فِى ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ إِسْمَـٰعِيلَ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ صَادِقَ ٱلْوَعْدِ وَكَانَ رَسُولًا نَّبِيًّا ٥٤
[19:54] And mention in the scripture Ishmael. He was indeed truthful to his promise and he was a messenger, a prophet.

وَكَانَ يَأْمُرُ أَهْلَهُۥ بِٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَٱلزَّكَوٰةِ وَكَانَ عِندَ رَبِّهِۦ مَرْضِيًّا ٥٥
[19:55] And he enjoined his family to uphold the contact prayer and give the cleansing charity and he was pleasing to his Lord.

وَٱذْكُرْ فِى ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ إِدْرِيسَ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ صِدِّيقًا نَّبِيًّا ٥٦
[19:56] And mention in the scripture Enoch. He was indeed truthful, a prophet.

[19:57] And We raised him to an exalted position.

أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمَ ٱللَّهُ160515877474 عَلَيْهِم مِّنَ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ مِن ذُرِّيَّةِ ءَادَمَ وَمِمَّنْ حَمَلْنَا مَعَ نُوحٍ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّةِ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ وَإِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ وَمِمَّنْ هَدَيْنَا وَٱجْتَبَيْنَآ إِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَـٰتُ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ خَرُّوا۟ سُجَّدًا وَبُكِيًّا ۩ ٥٨
[19:58] These are the ones whom God160515877474 has blessed from amongst the prophets, from the descendants of Adam, and from those whom We carried with Noah and from the descendants of Abraham and Israel, and from those whom We guided and chose. When the proofs of The All Gracious are recited to them they fall prostrate with tears in their eyes.

فَخَلَفَ مِنۢ بَعْدِهِمْ خَلْفٌ أَضَاعُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَٱتَّبَعُوا۟ ٱلشَّهَوَٰتِ فَسَوْفَ يَلْقَوْنَ غَيًّا ٥٩
[19:59] Afterwards, another generation replaced them who then wasted the contact prayer and followed their lusts. They will therefore soon find out the evils of this.

إِلَّا مَن تَابَ وَءَامَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَـٰلِحًا فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ يَدْخُلُونَ ٱلْجَنَّةَ وَلَا يُظْلَمُونَ شَيْـًٔا ٦٠
[19:60] Exempted are those who repent, attain faith and lead a righteous life, then they will enter paradise without the least injustice.

جَنَّـٰتِ عَدْنٍ ٱلَّتِى وَعَدَ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ عِبَادَهُۥ بِٱلْغَيْبِ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ وَعْدُهُۥ مَأْتِيًّا ٦١
[19:61] Gardens of Eden that The All Gracious has promised to His servants privately. His promise is surely to be fulfilled.

لَّا يَسْمَعُونَ فِيهَا لَغْوًا إِلَّا سَلَـٰمًا وَلَهُمْ رِزْقُهُمْ فِيهَا بُكْرَةً وَعَشِيًّا ٦٢
[19:62] They will hear no nonsense therein, only utterance of peace and the provision therein is available day and night.

تِلْكَ ٱلْجَنَّةُ ٱلَّتِى نُورِثُ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا مَن كَانَ تَقِيًّا ٦٣
[19:63] This is paradise that We let Our god-fearing servants inherit.

وَمَا نَتَنَزَّلُ إِلَّا بِأَمْرِ رَبِّكَ لَهُۥ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِينَا وَمَا خَلْفَنَا وَمَا بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ نَسِيًّا ٦٤
[19:64] We do not come down except by the command of your Lord. To Him belong our past, our future and the present. And your Lord never forgets.

رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فَٱعْبُدْهُ وَٱصْطَبِرْ لِعِبَـٰدَتِهِۦ هَلْ تَعْلَمُ لَهُۥ سَمِيًّا ٦٥
[19:65] Lord of the vacua and matter and what is between them, therefore you shall worship Him and be steadfast in serving Him. Do you know any one like Him?

وَيَقُولُ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ أَءِذَا مَا مِتُّ لَسَوْفَ أُخْرَجُ حَيًّا ٦٦
[19:66] And the human being says; after I die, do I indeed come back alive?

[19:67] Does the human being not realize that We indeed created him and he was nothing?

فَوَرَبِّكَ لَنَحْشُرَنَّهُمْ وَٱلشَّيَـٰطِينَ ثُمَّ لَنُحْضِرَنَّهُمْ حَوْلَ جَهَنَّمَ جِثِيًّا ٦٨
[19:68] Then by your Lord, We will indeed gather them all together with the demons, We then indeed present Gehenna to them as a humiliating abode.

[19:69] We then sift out from every group those who are stern in opposition to The All Gracious.

[19:70] We know full well who deserves to burn therein.

وَإِن مِّنكُمْ إِلَّا وَارِدُهَا كَانَ عَلَىٰ رَبِّكَ حَتْمًا مَّقْضِيًّا ٧١
[19:71] And all of you are to enter therein. This is a preordained matter by your Lord.

ثُمَّ نُنَجِّى ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَوا۟ وَّنَذَرُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ فِيهَا جِثِيًّا ٧٢
[19:72] We then save those who are god-fearing and leave therein the transgressors, humiliated.

وَإِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَـٰتُنَا بَيِّنَـٰتٍ قَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ أَىُّ ٱلْفَرِيقَيْنِ خَيْرٌ مَّقَامًا وَأَحْسَنُ نَدِيًّا ٧٣
[19:73] And when Our proven Signs are recited to them, those who have no faith say to those who have faith; which of the two groups has attained better position and is larger in numbers?

وَكَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا قَبْلَهُم مِّن قَرْنٍ هُمْ أَحْسَنُ أَثَـٰثًا وَرِءْيًا ٧٤
[19:74] And We annihilated many a generation before them, they even possessed more wealth and were better looking.

قُلْ مَن كَانَ فِى ٱلضَّلَـٰلَةِ فَلْيَمْدُدْ لَهُ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ مَدًّا حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا رَأَوْا۟ مَا يُوعَدُونَ إِمَّا ٱلْعَذَابَ وَإِمَّا ٱلسَّاعَةَ فَسَيَعْلَمُونَ مَنْ هُوَ شَرٌّ مَّكَانًا وَأَضْعَفُ جُندًا ٧٥
[19:75] Say; whoever is stuck in being astray, then The All Gracious extends it for him. Until they see what is promised of the suffering and the Hour, then they will soon find out who has the worse position and the weaker army.

أَفَرَءَيْتَ ٱلَّذِى كَفَرَ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا وَقَالَ لَأُوتَيَنَّ مَالًا وَوَلَدًا ٧٧
[19:77] Do you see those who have disbelieved in Our signs? They go on to say; I will be surely given money and children.

[19:78] Is he reporting the future or has he received a promise from The All Gracious?

كَلَّا سَنَكْتُبُ مَا يَقُولُ وَنَمُدُّ لَهُۥ مِنَ ٱلْعَذَابِ مَدًّا ٧٩
[19:79] We will indeed record his utterance and we prolong his suffering greatly.

[19:82] Absolutely, they will reject their worship and they will turn into their enemies.

[19:83] Do you not realize that We indeed send demons upon the unfaithful in order to agitate them?

[19:86] And We will drive the guilty to Gehenna to be their abode.

[19:90] The vacua almost shatter and matter is about to lose cohesion and the mountains are about to crumble -

[19:94] We have indeed numbered them and have counted them exactly.

[19:95] Everyone on the Day of Resurrection will come to Him as an individual.

[19:96] Indeed those who have attained faith and lead a righteous life, The All Gracious will create love for them.

فَإِنَّمَا يَسَّرْنَـٰهُ بِلِسَانِكَ لِتُبَشِّرَ بِهِ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ وَتُنذِرَ بِهِۦ قَوْمًا لُّدًّا ٩٧
[19:97] Therefore, We have surely made it easy in your tongue in order to give good news with it to the god-fearing ones and to warn with it the people who offer hostility.

[19:98] And We have annihilated many a generation before them; do you have any feelings for any one of them? Do you hear from them any sound?
