[30:2] Rome was defeated -

[30:3] -in a nearby territory, and they shall be victorious after their defeat -

[30:4] -in a few years. To God1905905892501 belongs the order, before and after. On that day the faithful shall rejoice -

[30:5] in God1906906893502's victory. He gives victory to whomever He wills, and He is The Almighty, The All Merciful.

[30:6] This is God1907907894503's promise, God1908908895504 never breaks His promise, however, most people do not know.

[30:7] They only know what is visible in this worldly life and they are totally heedless of the Hereafter.

[30:8] Do they not think for themselves that God1909909896505 did not create the vacua and matter and everything between them except with the truth and for a specific interim? And indeed most of the people disbelieve in meeting their Lord.

[30:9] Do they not travel throughout the land and see the consequence for those before them? They were more powerful than them, with a more impressive legacy, and built much more than they have built, and their messengers came to them with proofs. Therefore, it was not God1910910897506 who was unjust against them; it was they who were unjust against themselves.

[30:10] Therefore, the consequence for those who committed evil is more evil because they rejected God1911911898507's signs and because they ridiculed them.

[30:11] God1912912899508 initiates the creation, then repeats it, then to Him you will all return.

[30:12] And the day when the Hour is up, the guilty end up completely hopeless.

[30:13] And they never find any intercessors from those whom they set up as partners for god and they disown their partners.

[30:14] And the day when the Hour is struck, on that day they will be separated.

[30:15] Then, as for those who have attained faith and lead a righteous life, they will be residing happily in a garden.

[30:16] As for those who have no faith and reject Our proofs and the meeting of the Hereafter, then they will be facing the everlasting suffering.

[30:17] Therefore, glorify God1913913900509 when you go to bed and when you wake up in the morning.

[30:18] And to Him belongs praise in the vacua and matter and in the dark of the night and in the midst of the daylight.

[30:19] He produces life from death, and produces death from life, and revives the land after it has died. You will thus be brought out.

[30:20] And amongst His signs is that He created you from clay then you became reproducing humans.

[30:21] And amongst His signs is that He created for you from amongst yourselves spouses in order to find tranquility with them and established amongst you love and kindness. Indeed in this there are signs for people who think.

[30:22] And amongst His signs is that He created the vacua and matter and the variations of your languages and your colors. Indeed in this there are signs for the knowledgeable.

[30:23] And amongst His signs is your sleep during the night and the day and seeking His bounty. Indeed in this there are signs for the people who hear.

[30:24] And amongst His signs is that you see the lightning as a source of fear and hope and He sends down from the sky water, then He revives the land after it has died. Indeed in this there are signs for the people who use their intelligence.

[30:25] And amongst His signs is that the vacuum and matter are standing according to His command. Then when He calls you, one call, you come out of the ground.

[30:26] And to Him belongs everyone in the vacua and matter, and they are all obedient to Him.

[30:27] And He is the One who initiates the creation, then repeats it and this is the easiest thing for Him. And to Him belongs the most exalted example in the vacua and matter. And He is The Almighty, The All Wise.

[30:28] He cites for you an example from yourselves. Are you going to make your subordinates partners in what We have provided for you to make them equal to the extent that you pay them as much regard as you pay yourselves? We thus explain the signs for people who use their intelligence.

[30:29] On the contrary, the transgressors follow their own wishes without knowledge, therefore, who can guide those whom God1914914901510 has sent astray? And they will have no helpers.

[30:30] Therefore, focus your attention on the religion of monotheism. God1915915902511's distinguishing quality through which He initiated the people. There is no change in God1916916903512's creation. This is the eternal religion, but most people do not know.

[30:31] You shall repent to Him and fear Him and observe the contact prayer and do not be one of those who sets up partners for god, -

[30:32] -those who divided their religion into sects, each party rejoiced with what they had.

[30:33] And when an adversity touches people, they call upon their Lord, repenting to Him, then, once He gives them a taste of his mercy, suddenly a group of them set up partners for their Lord.

[30:34] They become unappreciative of what We have given them. Therefore, enjoy temporarily, for you will soon find out.

[30:35] Did We ever reveal to them an authority that speaks to them regarding what they can set up as partners for Him?

[30:36] And when We have the people taste mercy, they rejoice and if a disaster strikes them because of what their own hands caused, they resort to despair.

[30:37] Do they not see that God1917917904513 increases the provision for whomever He wills and withholds it? Indeed in this there are signs for people who have attained faith.

[30:38] Therefore, you shall give the relative his due share and the poor and the traveling alien. This is better for those who seek God1918918905514's face, and these are the successful ones.

[30:39] And what you pay of interest that increases people's wealth, does not increase at God1919919906515, however, what you give from cleansing charity seeking God1920920907516's face then these are the ones who reap manifold.

[30:40] God1921921908517 is the One who created you, then He provided for you, then He puts you to death, He then grants you life. Can any of your partners for Him do such things? Glory to Him and He is Exalted, far above having any partners.

[30:41] Deterioration is evident throughout the land as well as the sea, because of what people earned with their own hands; this is in order to give them a taste of some of their own work that they may reform.

[30:42] Say, travel throughout the land and see the consequence for those before them. Most of them set up partners for god.

[30:43] Therefore, focus your attention on the eternal religion before the arrival of a day when there is no escape from God1922922909518. On that day they will be stratified.

[30:44] As for the one who rejects faith, his rejection would be to his own detriment and those who lead a righteous life, they are preparing their own souls.

[30:45] This is to reward those who have faith and lead a righteous life from His bounty. Indeed He does not love the unfaithful.

[30:46] And amongst His signs is that He sends the wind as a bearer of good news and in order to give you a taste of His mercy and in order to propel the ship in the sea according to His command, and in order for you to go after His bounty that you may become appreciative.

[30:47] And indeed We have sent messengers before you to their people, and they went to them with proofs, We then punished the guilty, for it is Our right to give victory to the faithful.

[30:48] God1923923910519 is the One who sends the wind that stirs up the cloud then He causes the sky to become overcast as He wills and He makes it heavy, then you see the rain comes out of its midst. He then pours it upon whomever He wills from amongst His servants, hence they all rejoice.

[30:49] And before He sent this upon them, they were totally hopeless.

[30:50] And therefore, note the legacy of God1924924911520's mercy as how He revives the land after its death. Indeed, He thus grants life to the dead, and He is All Powerful over all things.

[30:51] And had We sent a wind that they deemed devastating, and then for sure they would have gravitated towards disbelief afterwards.

[30:52] Therefore, for sure you cannot make the dead hear, nor can you make the deaf respond to the call, once they turn away.

[30:53] Neither can you guide the blind out of straying. You will only be heard by those who believe in Our signs and are peace offerors.

[30:54] God1925925912521 is the One who created you weak, then gives you strength after weakness, then after strength, He makes you weak and gray. He creates what He wills, and He is The All Knowing, The All Powerful.

[30:55] And the day the Hour is struck, the guilty will swear that they only lasted an hour. They thus deviated.

[30:56] And those who were given knowledge and faith say; you indeed lasted according to God1926926913522's scripture until the Day of Resurrection, now this is the Day of Resurrection, however, you still do not understand.

[30:57] Then on that day, the apology of the unjust will not benefit them and they will not be excused.

[30:58] And We cited for the people in this Quran all kinds of examples. And if you come to them with a proof, those who have no faith will surely say; you are nothing but falsifiers.

[30:59] God1927927914523 thus seals the hearts of those who do not understand.

[30:60] You shall therefore wait for God1928928915524's promise is the truth, and do not be afraid of those who have not attained certainty.
