[57:1] Glorifying God24181890 constantly is everything in the vacua and matter and He is The Almighty, The All Wise. 

[57:2] To Him belongs the kingship of the vacua and matter, He grants life and death; and He is All Powerful over all things. 

[57:3] He is the First and the Last, the Outermost and the Innermost and He has full knowledge of all things.

[57:4] He is The One who created the vacua and matter in six days; He then balanced The Dominion. He knows what enters into the ground and what comes out of it, what comes down from the sky and what ascends into it, and He is with you wherever you may be. And God24191891 sees everything you do.

[57:5] To Him belongs the kingship of the vacua and matter and all matters are referred to God24201892. 

[57:6] He merges the night into the day, and merges the day into the night; and He has full knowledge of the innermost thoughts.

[57:7] You shall believe in God24211893 and His messenger, and spend from what He has entrusted you with. Hence, the faithful among you who spend have deserved a great recompense.  

[57:8] And why should you not believe in God24221894 and the messenger when he invites you to have faith in your Lord, and has indeed taken a covenant from you, if you are faithful?   

[57:9] He is the One who reveals to His servant proven Signs that He may take you out of the darkness into the light. And indeed God24231895 is All Compassionate, All Merciful towards you. 

[57:10] And why should you not spend in the cause of God24241896 since to God24251897 belongs the heritage of the vacua and matter?  Not equal amongst you are those who spent and strove before attaining victory. These have attained higher ranks than those who spent and strove after attaining victory. However, to each, God24261898 has promised the best. And God24271899 fully knows everything you do. 

[57:11] Whoever loans God24281900 a loan of righteousness, He will repay him manifold, and he will have a generous recompense. 

[57:12] The day you see the faithful men and the faithful women with their light shining in front of them and with their blessings of the good news that today paradises with flowing streams beneath them are yours to abide therein eternally. This is indeed the greatest victory.  

[57:13] The day when the hypocrite men and the hypocrite women say to the faithful, wait for us; let us acquire some of your light. They will be told; go back to where you came from and search for light. Then, a wall will be raised between them, with a gate therein. Inside, there will be mercy and outside there will be suffering. 

[57:14] They will call on them; were we not with you? They will reply, yes but you wronged your souls and waited too long and hesitated and were deceived by wishful thinking until God24291901's command was issued and you were deceived away from God24301902 by an illusion.

[57:15] Therefore, today no ransom will be accepted from you, or from those who were unfaithful. Your abode is Hell, and she will be your lord and a miserable destiny. 

[57:16] Is this not the time for the faithful to humble their hearts through the remembrance of God24311903 and what has been revealed to them of truth? They should not become like those who received the scripture previously, but after a long period of time, their hearts hardened. And most of them turned wicked.

[57:17] You shall know that indeed God24321904 resurrects the land after its death. We surely explain the Signs for you, that you may use your intelligence. 

[57:18] Indeed the charitable men and the charitable women who give God24331905 a loan of righteousness, it will be increased for them manifold, and they have deserved a generous recompense. 

[57:19] And those who believe in God24341906 and His messengers, they are the truthful ones and the witnesses at the site of their Lord. They shall have their recompense and their light. And those who are unfaithful and reject Our signs, they are the dwellers of the Inferno. 

[57:20] You shall know that this worldly life is indeed nothing but play and amusement and vanities, boasting and hoarding of money and producing many children. This is the example of the rain delighting the unfaithful as it grew their crops and then they saw it turning yellow and turned into hay.  In the Hereafter there is either ultimate suffering or forgiveness from God24351907 and approval.  And this worldly life is nothing but enjoyment of an illusion.  

[57:21] You shall race towards seeking forgiveness from your Lord, and a Paradise that its width is as wide as the vacuum and matter promised to those who believe in God24361908 and His messengers. This is God24371909's bounty that He bestows upon whomever He wills; and God24381910 is Possessor of Infinite Grace. 

[57:22] No accident can happen on the land or to yourselves that is not recorded before We make it happen.  That is indeed easy for God24391911.

[57:23] This is so that you may not despair at any loss, nor boast over anything He has bestowed upon you. For God24401912 does not love any boastful, arrogant - 

[57:24] those who are stingy and exhort people to be stingy, and anyone who turns away, then, God24411913 is Rich, Praiseworthy.

[57:25] We indeed sent our messengers with proven signs and revealed with them the scripture and the equilibrium, so that people may stand up for justice; and We sent down the iron, wherein there is high strength as well as many benefits for mankind, and so that God24421914 may distinguish those who help Him and His messengers privately.  Indeed God24431915 is All Powerful, Almighty. 

[57:26] And We surely sent Noah and Abraham, and appointed prophets from their progeny and gave them the scripture, as a result, some became guided but many of them turned wicked.           

[57:27] We then sent Our messengers in succession and We sent after them Jesus son of Mary, and We gave him the Gospel; and We placed in the hearts of those who followed him compassion and mercy. But the monasticism they invented, We did not prescribe for them, only to seek God24441916's approval. However, they did not respect it as they should have rightfully done. But We granted those among them who were faithful, their recompense, however, many of them are wicked.

[57:28] O you faithful, fear God24451917, and believe in His messenger, and He will grant you twice from His Mercy. He will provide for you a light by which you can walk and He will forgive you. And God24461918 is All Forgiving, All Merciful. 

[57:29] This is so that the people of the scripture may know that they have not monopolized anything of God24471919's grace. That all grace is indeed in God24481920's hand and He bestows it upon whomever He wills. And God24491921 possesses infinite grace.
