Sura 64: At-Taghābun (Mutual Blame)

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
In the name of God, The All Gracious, The All Merciful

يُسَبِّحُ لِلَّهِ25832294 مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ لَهُ ٱلْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ ٱلْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ١
[64:1] Glorifying God25832294 constantly is everything in vacua and everything within matter, the kingship and the praise belong to Him and He is All Powerful over all things.

هُوَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَكُمْ فَمِنكُمْ كَافِرٌ وَمِنكُم مُّؤْمِنٌ وَٱللَّهُ25842295 بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ ٢
[64:2] He is the One who created you; then, some of you become unfaithful while some of you become faithful. And God25842295 sees everything you do.

خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَصَوَّرَكُمْ فَأَحْسَنَ صُوَرَكُمْ وَإِلَيْهِ ٱلْمَصِيرُ ٣
[64:3] He created the vacua and matter truthfully and He depicted you the most beautiful depiction, and to Him is the final destiny.

يَعْلَمُ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا تُسِرُّونَ وَمَا تُعْلِنُونَ وَٱللَّهُ25852296 عَلِيمٌۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ ٤
[64:4] He knows what is in the vacua and matter; and He knows what you conceal and what you declare. And God25852296 is the Knower of the innermost thoughts.

أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ نَبَؤُا۟ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ مِن قَبْلُ فَذَاقُوا۟ وَبَالَ أَمْرِهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ ٥
[64:5] Do you not know the news of those who disbelieved previously? Thus, they enjoyed temporarily, but their situation deteriorated;   and reserved for them is a painful suffering.

ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُۥ كَانَت تَّأْتِيهِمْ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلْبَيِّنَـٰتِ فَقَالُوٓا۟ أَبَشَرٌ يَهْدُونَنَا فَكَفَرُوا۟ وَتَوَلَّوا۟ وَّٱسْتَغْنَى ٱللَّهُ25862297 وَٱللَّهُ25872298 غَنِىٌّ حَمِيدٌ ٦
[64:6] This was because their messengers went to them with proofs, but they said, is a human being going to guide us? Thus, they disbelieved and turned away. However, God25862297 is in no need. And God25872298 is Rich, Praiseworthy.

زَعَمَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ أَن لَّن يُبْعَثُوا۟ قُلْ بَلَىٰ وَرَبِّى لَتُبْعَثُنَّ ثُمَّ لَتُنَبَّؤُنَّ بِمَا عَمِلْتُمْ وَذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ25882299 يَسِيرٌ ٧
[64:7] The unfaithful thought that they will never be resurrected. Say, yes indeed, by my Lord you will surely be resurrected; then you will be informed of everything you have done. And this is easy for God25882299.

فَـَٔامِنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ25892300 وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَٱلنُّورِ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنزَلْنَا وَٱللَّهُ25902301 بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ ٨
[64:8] Therefore, believe in God25892300 and His messenger and the light that We have revealed. And God25902301 is fully Cognizant of everything you do.

يَوْمَ يَجْمَعُكُمْ لِيَوْمِ ٱلْجَمْعِ ذَٰلِكَ يَوْمُ ٱلتَّغَابُنِ وَمَن يُؤْمِنۢ بِٱللَّهِ25912302 وَيَعْمَلْ صَـٰلِحًا يُكَفِّرْ عَنْهُ سَيِّـَٔاتِهِۦ وَيُدْخِلْهُ جَنَّـٰتٍ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدًا ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ ٩
[64:9] The day He gathers you all for the Day of Summoning; that will be the day of mutual blaming. As for those who have faith in God25912302 and work righteousness, He will remit their sins, and He will admit them into paradises with flowing streams beneath them to dwell therein eternally. This is the greatest triumph.

وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَكَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَآ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا وَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَصِيرُ ١٠
[64:10] As for those who disbelieve and reject Our proofs, they will be dwellers of Hell forever. And what a miserable abode.

مَآ أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِيبَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ ٱللَّهِ25922303 وَمَن يُؤْمِنۢ بِٱللَّهِ25932304 يَهْدِ قَلْبَهُۥ وَٱللَّهُ25942305 بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌ ١١
[64:11] No disaster can occur except by God25922303's leave, and if anyone has faith in God25932304, He will guide his heart.  And God25942305 has full knowledge of all things.

وَأَطِيعُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ25952306 وَأَطِيعُوا۟ ٱلرَّسُولَ فَإِن تَوَلَّيْتُمْ فَإِنَّمَا عَلَىٰ رَسُولِنَا ٱلْبَلَـٰغُ ٱلْمُبِينُ ١٢
[64:12] And you shall obey God25952306 and obey the messenger.  However, if you turn away, then the only duty of Our messenger is to clearly deliver.

ٱللَّهُ25962307 لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ25972308 فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ ١٣
[64:13] God25962307, there is no god except He.  And in God25972308 the faithful shall trust.

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِنَّ مِنْ أَزْوَٰجِكُمْ وَأَوْلَـٰدِكُمْ عَدُوًّا لَّكُمْ فَٱحْذَرُوهُمْ وَإِن تَعْفُوا۟ وَتَصْفَحُوا۟ وَتَغْفِرُوا۟ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ25982309 غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ ١٤
[64:14] O you faithful, surely some of your wives and your children are your enemies; therefore, you shall avoid them. However, if you pardon, turn a new page and forgive, then God25982309 is All Forgiving, All Merciful.

إِنَّمَآ أَمْوَٰلُكُمْ وَأَوْلَـٰدُكُمْ فِتْنَةٌ وَٱللَّهُ25992310 عِندَهُۥٓ أَجْرٌ عَظِيمٌ ١٥
[64:15] Indeed, your money and your children are a test.  And reserved at God25992310, is a great reward.

فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ26002311 مَا ٱسْتَطَعْتُمْ وَٱسْمَعُوا۟ وَأَطِيعُوا۟ وَأَنفِقُوا۟ خَيْرًا لِّأَنفُسِكُمْ وَمَن يُوقَ شُحَّ نَفْسِهِۦ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُفْلِحُونَ ١٦
[64:16] You shall therefore fear God26002311 as much as you possibly can, and listen and obey and spend to the benefit of your own souls. And those who can overcome their own stinginess are the successful ones.

إِن تُقْرِضُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ26012312 قَرْضًا حَسَنًا يُضَـٰعِفْهُ لَكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ وَٱللَّهُ26022313 شَكُورٌ حَلِيمٌ ١٧
[64:17] If you give God26012312 a loan of righteousness, He would double it for you and He will forgive you. And God26022313 is Appreciative, Clement.

عَـٰلِمُ ٱلْغَيْبِ وَٱلشَّهَـٰدَةِ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ١٨
[64:18] He is The Knower of all secrets and declarations; The Almighty, The All Wise.
