[72:1] Say, it has been revealed to me that a number of Jinns listened, then said, we indeed heard a wonderful Quran.

[72:2] It guides to the right path; we have therefore believed in it and we will never set up anyone as a partner for our Lord.

[72:3] And He is indeed exalted; our majestic Lord. He neither had a spouse nor a son.

[72:4] And indeed only the fools amongst us uttered such outrageous lies about God265396.

[72:5] And we never thought that humans and jinns could ever utter lies about God265497.

[72:6] And indeed, there were a group of men among humans who took refuge with a group of men Jinns, but this only increased their burden.

[72:7] And they thought for sure just like you thought that God265598 will never resurrect anyone.

[72:8] And we touched the sky; we then found it full of stern guards and projectiles.

[72:9] We indeed, used to sit in stations to listen; but anyone who listens, will find a watchful projectile chasing him.

[72:10] And we surely do not know whether the worst is intended for those on the land, or whether their Lord wills to guide them.

[72:11] And indeed some of us are righteous, and some of us less than that, we follow different paths.

[72:12] And we know that we can never defeat God265699 throughout the land, nor can we frustrate Him by fleeing.

[72:13] And once we heard the guidance we believed in it, consequently, whoever attains faith in his Lord, then, he will never fear adversity and never suffer any humiliation.

[72:14] And surely, some of us are peace offerors and some of us are compromisers. As for those who are at peace then they have found guidance.

[72:15] And as for the compromisers, they will be fuel for Gehenna.

[72:16] Had they remained on the straight path, We would have provided for them abundant water.

[72:17] For We test them therewith. As for the one who turns away from the commemoration of his Lord, He will cause him an increasing suffering.

[72:18] And surely the Mosques belong to God2657100; hence, do not call upon anyone with God2658101.

[72:19] And yet indeed when God2659102's servant stood up calling Him, they almost all banded together to oppose him.

[72:20] Say; I only call upon my Lord and do not set up anyone as a partner for Him.

[72:21] Say; I indeed do not possess any harm or benefit for you.

[72:22] Say; no one can protect me from God2660103 and I will never find another refuge besides Him.

[72:23] I am only to deliver from God2661104 His messages. And anyone who disobeys God2662105 and His messenger, then indeed awaiting him is the fire of Gehenna, wherein he abides forever.

[72:24] Finally, when they see what is promised to them, they will then realize who has the weakest helper and is fewest in number.

[72:25] Say; I do not know whether what is promised is near or my Lord will delay it.

[72:26] He is the knower of all secrets and He does not reveal it to anyone-

[72:27] -except to a messenger whom He chooses; He gives excerpts from the past and the future to behold.

[72:28] This is in order for Him to know that they have delivered all their Lord's messages and He fully encompasses everything they do and He has assigned a number to everything.
